I’m going to a bodybuilding competition on Saturday and the tickets arrived today. It should be pretty interesting. It’s the first one I’ve gone to watch and have no idea what to expect. I will report back on Saturday.
I felt somewhat flat again today as well which wasn’t the best. And tonight I was so hungry that I had to have extra vegetables with dinner. I’ve weighed myself a few times during the week and my weight has gone up. Stupid high calorie wholegrain pasta! So I’m expecting an increase for Sunday’s weigh in. I think I’ve put on about 0.5kg this week so far.
This morning was shoulders and cardio. It went reasonably well. As I’ve mentioned before, I struggle with shoulder exercises so I can’t lift too much. I did enjoy the upright rows with dumbbells though.
I tried a different brand of egg whites this morning and it was a huge fail. It would just not cook for some reason. I put it in the microwave for double the normal amount and it was still soggy and unappetising. I ended up having to eat it like that. Hopefully I can work it out tomorrow morning.
