DAY 18

My friend forwarded me a link to the above photo which I think is really interesting.  We shouldn’t focus on weight so much and instead should focus on size.  I will have to keep this in mind when I weigh myself on Sunday.

My legs are still very tight from Monday’s workout.  It was the barbell lunge and single-leg weighted deadlift that got me.  So I really felt it in my glutes when I did the lunges again this morning.  Ouch!!

Before I started the program I ordered some weight lifting gloves from eBay.  They still haven’t arrived!!  My hands are really painful after each workout and continue hurting during the first few hours at work.  I hope they arrive soon or I’ll be leaving my first negative eBay feedback.
